Mary Juno was raised in a large Navy family and has lived all over the world. She settled in San Francisco in 1998 and loves the city.
Mary received her BA in Biological Anthropology from SF State and my MSc in Forensic Science from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. She worked as a CSI at Oakland PD for many years and began teaching forensic science and criminal justice courses in 2006.
Mary loves art, science, and music, and is a big baseball fan (Go Giants!). In her spare time, Mary likes to hike, kayak, travel, "visit" craft breweries, and smash the patriarchy.
