Dear CJS students,

Welcome back to the spring semester! I'm really looking forward to seeing you all on campus this semester, and wanted to draw your attention to several events happening this semester (see calendar below).

First up, next week, we will be launching the Criminal Justice Student Association with an online meeting (hopefully, you received another email about that earlier). Please try to attend, and if you can't make it but want to be part of the planning committee, reach out to me at eabrown@sfsu.edu

We also have three different films to continue our Crime and Justice Film series, all in LIB 121, and refreshments will be served. We will also notify you in advance of each event.

And finally, we will also have a panel discussion exploring the Racial Justice Act in California, a student-faculty mixer (come meet faculty, learn about the program, and eat on the department's dime), and our end of year celebration of graduating seniors.

Please see the list below for all the events, dates and times, and ways to register.

Looking forward to seeing you all there; and as always, please reach out to me if there is any thing you need!

Kindly,

Liz
